By working, you can earn K (in-game Currency). Normal Jobs are always available and have no Personality Type requirements. Special Jobs change daily, earn you more K, and usually require Types to unlock them. Premium Jobs are only available for Premium users and don't have any Type requirements.
Your Student's Mood affects your motivation and may increase/decrease K and experience earned.
Working for an hour recovers one conversation.
Business Smile is an item that reduces work time and has no effect on K and Experience gained. Overtime Smile extends the work time and also increases the K and experience gained.
EAR STATE PENALTY : Reaching the ear state after being awake for 24 hours will reduce the K and EXP earned to 2/3 of the intended values. This penalty can be voided by purchasing any two bundles from the monthly Premium.
